Becoming an exhibitor at the Alabama Science Festival’s STEAMfest is a wonderful opportunity to connect directly with thousands of people from our 
community and share the excitement, creativity, and real-world impact of STEM.  Each year, STEAMfest brings together an average of 4,000 to 6,000 
community members who are eager to discover, explore, and experience the ways science, technology, engineering, and mathematics shape the world around them.  It is an exceptional setting to inspire young people, families, educators, and future professionals by demonstrating how STEM concepts come to life through the work of companies and organizations like yours.

The Alabama Science Festival team invites you to participate in an event that places a strong emphasis on hands-on learning, curiosity, and community engagement. As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to 
showcase what you do, introduce attendees to the fascinating STEM 
applications within your company, and help spark the imagination of the next generation of scientists, engineers, innovators, and problem-solvers.  
The energy and enthusiasm of STEAMfest make it an ideal venue to not only share your work, but also to become part of a larger community effort to make STEM exciting, accessible, and meaningful for everyone.  It’s also an incredible tool for workforce development where you will get to meet the many older students who are considering their options for careers in STEM.  Our main event, STEAMfest 2026, will be held October 24, 2026, at the Boys & Girls Club of North Alabama at 3911 Pulaski Pike in Huntsville, AL.  This new facility is a perfect venue for your company or organization to be a part of
